By purchasing from Angarakha, you indicate your acceptance of our return and exchange policy terms. Angarakha reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy criteria.
Returns & Exchanges:
1.Request Window: For returns, a request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product and For exchanges, a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2.Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags intact. If any item is found to be used, worn, torn, or altered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange, and a charge will be deducted from the paid amount.
3.Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. If you wish to receive the refund in a different bank account, simply share your bank details with us on WhatsApp at 9056572021, and our team will assist you promptly.
In case the returned product shows any signs of use, damage, or tampering, an appropriate deduction will be applied before processing the refund.
4. Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.Pickup Facility: Angarakha will arrange a pickup for your return or exchange order, and the exchanged item will be delivered to you after successful pickup. However, if your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the product to our location at your own risk and cost.

Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of Haryana.
Kindly note that it's essential to wait for our confirmation before sending back the item. Upon receiving our confirmation, you can proceed to return the item to us. We will then coordinate with our logistics partner to facilitate the replacement process. We kindly request that you do not send any items for return or replacement without receiving our confirmation, as we cannot take responsibility for such shipments.
Approved replacement/exchange will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
